Registration:
May 15TH – August 7th
Registration Fee $65.00 (May 10th – July 23rd)
Late Registration Fee $85.00 (July 24th – Aug.9th)
The Registration fee DOES NOT include the uniform or the padding and equipment.
Mandatory Evaluation Date: TBA

Players will be drafted (just because you requested a coach it does not guarantee he / she will be placed with that coach.

PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WHEN YOU REGISTER.
Registration fee is to be paid at the time of Registration. You can make payment by credit card only online. Park office payment can be cash, money order, Debit or Credit Card.

Birth Certificates are required at Registration. You are now able to upload your child's birth certificate online under your account. Once uploaded to your account, it will be available for all future sports played. If registering at park office, please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate even if your child has played another sport or played with us last year. We did not keep copies on file when the season ended.
